Arteco Global is proud to announce its revamped Arteco Academy

Arteco Global, the leader in the Video Event Management Software (VEMS) industry, is proud to announce its new training program under Arteco Academy. System integrators, installers, and clients around the world will now benefit from an interactive, hands-on, intuitive and intensive training program structured in three parts to allow for a gradual learning process of Arteco’s flagship VEMS platform, Arteco Logic NEXT, as well as installation and support of the extensive Arteco product line.

Tech Training I is the beginner module designed for Sales and Technical Staff as an introduction to the Arteco products and support. It is an executable flash program derived from a powerpoint presentation available online and, upon registration can be downloaded free of charge.  The 60 minute long presentation intuitively combines slides and how-to videos to give users an initial grasp of the beginner concepts of Arteco Logic NEXT, actively involving them in using the live, recorded and configuration environments of the software.  The course also goes into detail of the software’s initial configuration and basic NVR/Hybrid Server functionalities.

Tech Training II  is the more advanced module which is held once a month online through an online webinar service.  It is held by certified Arteco instructor and can be reserved online upon completion of Tech Training I.  This 2 hour module is highly suggested for the technician as it consists of a review of the Tech I course, and goes into more detail about more advanced functionalities like Intelligent Video (Video Analytics), advanced plugins, digital I/O functionalities and other administrator skills. 

Finally, Tech Training III is an actual classroom- led, hands-on training event taking place in locations around the world which completes the training cycle providing the student with a fully installed system on their laptop with 4 licenses and, upon completion of the final examination, a fully recognized Arteco Certified Professional (ACP) degree. The full day course not only goes in-depth into the software functionalities, but also provides students with advanced information related to server, network and hardware infrastructure to be able to identify, address and resolve issues.
