The Event Log is undoubtedly the section of the software that is most used by users, as well as one of the most relevant for the importance of the collected information. Despite its centrality in the user experience, browsing through the myriad of notifications that continually populate the Log is not easy.

With the launch of the OMNIA Hybrid Cloud web platform, Arteco redesigned the way to access this section in order to provide a much more fluid and simplified user experience.

The OMNIA web interface presents the Log in vertical format and, through a simple selection from a drop-down menu, it allows a search from general to particular, up to the identification of a single event. Applicable filters are related to installation (channels, servers, devices), time and, finally, textual type. Thanks to the speed of the web functionality, the response is immediate and access to details occurs instantly.

A second events section is available for a more traditional view, but keeping all the search filters also featured in the quick view. Moreover, opening the Log in another browser tab users can simultaneously view the live page and the event log while it populates with notifications.

The export of reports on a single selected event or on the event history is always guaranteed, simply by specifying the time interval required in the filters made available.
